“Plenty of parking, disabled parking just outside. Good friendly staff, clean place. Carvery is very good and tasty, and there is plenty of choice of vegetables and meats, Just had another meal at Ralegh’s food still just as good, plus the staff very friendly.”

“Stayed here for 1 night in motorhome with electric hookup, great location with beautiful scenery around. Clean facilities. Pub inside serving all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet £12, evening meals and drinks. The lady behind the bar was very friendly. Dogs allowed on-site and in pub.”

“This lovely hotel/pub is a gem on Sunday. When especially nowhere served until 6.30! Delicious hot carvery on a chilly Sunday:early evening is better for some of us. It’s well cooked homely scrumptious food very welcome and the friendly attention and care by the hostess is very much.”

“We celebrate our anniversary every year at Ralegh’s Cross as it was the location of our first date, so I’m viewing the place with marginally rose-tinted glasses. However, we come every year because we love the place. We stay in room 107 which is always clean and in good order, it’s one of the refurbished rooms and is spot on. The food we had was excellent, I had a great steak and chips, and a beautiful fry up in the morning. The location is amazing on a nice day, but because we often come up here in winter it can be cold misty and murky, but that just adds to the appeal when there’s a nice warm fire roaring away inside to welcome you in. We love it here and will be back again next year for sure.”
