Minehead offers a wide variety of activities. Sandy beach, Butlins (a classic amusement park with rides, games, and fish & chips), and shops. The old harbour, which today hosts pleasure boat tours, was formerly a small port in the late 1300s; you can take a stroll there! In addition, you can play golf and watersports too.
